    Very good variety of stretches but may I suggest that they be done slower and held longer. But still effective especially if practiced daily as suggested. Thank you for this video

    What about the difference between static (stretch and hold) vs dynamic stretches.. there is a theory that pre-match stretching should be dynamic. However some of the stretches here are static. Any comments on that?

    I have been suffering with back pain & sciatica for years and have been doing some of these exercises & some different ones from the clinic - regularly every morning. Sometimes when I cannot get up out of bed, I do these in bed and it really helps me to actually get out of bed...but my lower back pain on my left is constant for some reason and has restricted me doing lots of activities but I still try. Thank you for showing some of the exercises which I have not seen before; I shall add them to my morning routine 🙏

    I'm only 14 and I got sciatica. It's been atrocious to the point where I cannot sit comfortably and find it extremely difficult to even get out of bed in the mornings.The pain has been like nothing I've ever felt before. It has been terrible to be constant pain like it quite litterally wipes out all of my motivation that I'll get better. However, with these stretches, I am completely pain free when I was just experiencing extreme pain. Words can't describe how grateful I am to have stumbled upon this video. Thank you, truly. 🩷

    This is different than the Vive abduction sling i just bought. And the instructions that came with it are not helpful. I realize this is three years old, but when you change the product you might want to think about updating the video. Just a thought....

    Thanks Kim! I love these short exercise routines. 😊. In my mid-70s ... the heel of my hand hurts with the final exercise floor rows so I keep the other weight in my hand as it's easier to push up from a grip position than a flat hand. Also, I had a TKR a few months ago so did both those floor exercises from a low bench rather than the floor.

    I'm just giving up smoking and interested in a daily stretching program ... I'm 64 years old with m.s.,arthritis, with chronic pain, spasms, and inflammation.     Started today as I have spondylosis of the lumber spine and I'm hoping this will hope as I'm to the point of walking half crippled a lot of the time at the moment (yes I've been to doctors, neurologists, physio therapists the lot) Nobody can help me other than giving me pain releif and the stretches the physio gave me were torture and made me a lot worse even after doing it for a month I went from walking with crutches to been in a wheelchair for months.
